Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: rugby players who can fully participate in rugby training and match Those who have experienced weight training for more than 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have been restricted from participating in rugby training or match due to musculoskeletal disorders within the past one month Those who experience pain during weight training
