Exclusion criteria: Abnormal blood pressure Anemia Exercise restrictions by doctors Cardiovascular disease Varicose vein Lymphedema Diabetes Cancer Kidney disease History of stroke or seizure Infection Skin fragility Lower limb injury Surgical history less than a year ago pregnancy (women only)
