Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center due to heart failure with acute decompensation, who underwent in-hospital CR between May 2018 and March 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindication of exercise training indicated by the guideline of cardiac rehabilitation in Japan. Patients with refusal to participate in the present study.
