The women in the intervention group will participate in the prenatal group education program focused on prevention of eclampsia developed by the researcher with a duration of 60 minutes during waiting

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: pregnant women attending ANC (24 to 32th week of gestation) Age over 18 years old Able to read, and speak Kiswahili Those who have given written consent to participate in this research Those who possess a phone, or provide the phone number of reliable contact person.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women lacking capacity of consent or very sick
