Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)first ever confirmed supratentorial stroke (2)mini mental status examination of 24 or higher (3)functional capability to perform lower limb pedaling

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)traumatic brain injury, bilateral hemispheric and infratentorial lesions (2)bodily or visuospatial hemineglect, apraxia, attention disorders and aphasia (3)pain existed prior to the onset of stroke
