Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Students from International University of Health and Welfare and Narita Japanese Language School -Students who are able to obtain written consent from the individual to participate in research of their own free will -Age:20-35years old -Female -Body mass index(BMI):18.0-25.0kg/m2 -Not performing resistance training twice a week according to American College of Sports Medicine(ACSM)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Consumption of alcohol or caffeine within 24hours prior to the study -Have a history of hypertension, cardiac disease, or respiratory disease and so on that affects the autonomic nervous system
