Inclusion criteria: atients undergoing elective major non-cardiac surgery Estimated surgical duration over 6 hours Postoperative ICU admission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative systemic inflammation Preoperative chronic kidney disease

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation analysis between intraoperative and postoperative hemodynamics and fluid balance and postoperative plasma troponin I concentration, plasma cystatin C concentration and urinary NGAL concentration.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Prediction of postoperative hypotension with hemodynamic, fluid balance and nociceptive level at the end of surgery.
