Interventions

Assess swallowing function in older adults living in the community to determine the degree of awareness and knowledge of feeding and swallowing in the population.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly persons aged 65 years or older living in the community who are able to eat three meals orally and who are able to obtain written consent to participate in the study of their own free will.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are considered to have cognitive decline and who were unable to give their consent to participate in the study.
