Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with adult congenital heart disease who are scheduled for right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction (including catheter intervention) aged 15 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who cannot undergo contrast-enhanced MRI for medical reasons are excluded. Patients with pacemakers or implantable cardioverter-defibrillators are also excluded because they cannot be clearly imaged.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of right ventricular Native T1 and extracellular volume fraction (ECV) before and after intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) Comparison of Native T1 value of patients with adult congenital heart disease and Native T1 standard value in our institute 2) Comparison of Native T1 and ECV between surgical and catheter intervention 3) Examine the relationship between Native T1 value, ECV and each parameter 4) To examine the relationship between preoperative and postoperative Native T1 values, ECV, and cardiovascular events
