Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS group): meet Rome IV criteria for IBS and do not meet the exclusion criteria Normal subjects: those who do not meet Rome IV criteria and have no other complications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: IBS group:No history of abdominal surgery, no history of colorectal disease other than IBS Healthy control: have other serious complications
