Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The objects must be 4th to 6th year medical students or 1st or 2nd year initial residents of the medical school of the participating institution, and healthy both mentally and physically.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No consent to participate in the study Those who have difficulty continuing the intervention.
