Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group 1: five participants who had recovered from COVID-19 and had received only one dose of COVID-19 mRNA vaccine after COVID-19; Group 2: five participants who had recovered from COVID-19 and had received two doses of COVID-19 mRNA vaccine after COVID-19; and Group 3: 20 participants who had received two doses of COVID-19 mRNA vaccine and had no history of COVID-19

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If the applicant does not meet the age criteria or it is difficult to obtain his/her consent
