Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pancreatic cancer diagnosed with a suspicious of adenocarcinoma or adenocarcinoma on preoperative histopathological examination 2. Patients with pancreatic cancer scheduled for chemotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who do not have written consent 2.Patients already taking probiotics at the time of enrollment 3.Patients requiring continuous administration of steroids and immunosuppressant drugs
