Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Persons who live in Yao city and were diagnosed with COVID-19 between March 2021 and April 2022 (COVID-19 group) and age-, sex-, area (elementary school area)- matched non-infected residents* (Control group) 2) Those aged between 5 years and 79 years** 3) Those who have consented to participate in this study *We excluded those who were diagnosed with COVID-19 between January 2020 and the date of participant selection **age at the time of participant selection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons deemed unfit by the principal investigator (e.g., those who have moved out of the city or died at the time of participant selection)
