Inclusion criteria: Children met inclusion criteria of Omalizumab therapy for severe pollen allergy Children with no improvement by standard food allergy therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with severe atopic dermatitis and severe bronchial asthma Children those are given by beta-blocker
