Interventions

Part A: Spraining Plasma Aqua on (1)left cubital fossa and (2)right angular of mouth, twice a day. Part B: Gargling with Plasma Aqua for 20 sec., twice a day.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy adult (>=18 years old) men and wemen. 2) No chronic dermatosis, e.g. atopic dermatitis. 3) No injury at the lesion sprainig Plasma Aqua. 4) No stomatitis or other injury in the oral cavity. 5) Able to visit the clinic. 6) Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Daily use of steroid (oral or externa). 2) Using any external treatmant at the lesion sprainig Plasma Aqua. 3) Use of antibiotic or antiviral. 4) Active malignancies or immunodeficiency. 5) Sever complications. 6) History of sever drug allergy. 7) Pregnant. 8) Lactating. 9) Inadequate to join the study.
