Inclusion criteria: Patients with Burning Mouth Syndrome (an tongue burning sensation for which no medical or dental cause can be found except the eating)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: every kind of stomatitis, anemia, xerostomia, oral candidiasis
