Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Outpatients that consented at an age at 20 years old or more (regardless of gender) 2. Patients of Type 2 Diabetes as diagnosed (HbA1c6.5% or more) 3. Patients capable of taking photos and emailing via their iPhone (of 15 or more iOS) or Android smartphone (of AndroidOS9 or more) Patients without iPhone or Android smartphone can use iPhone (of 15 or more iOS) or Android smartphone (AndroidOS9 or more) of their families. 4. Patients that express intention to participate in the study for 6 weeks (42 days) or more in the period from the study initiation date to January 31, 2023 (Reiwa 5)
