Inclusion criteria: 1. Biliary obstruction 2. Age >18 3. Obtaining informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with total gastorectomy 2. ascites between hepatic parenchyma and stomach wall 3. Pregnancy, easy bleeding 4. Patient refusal to attend the study
