Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Fasting plasma glucose level 70 - 110 mg/dL 2.Individual having screening test result and questionnaire result judged to be appropriate for this study by investigator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diabetes mellitus under medical treatment. 2.Individual with a BMI of 30 or higher. 3.Individual with no abnormal glucose tolerance in the past year`s testing. 4.Individual taking antipertensive drugs, etc. 5. Individual having sevre diseases (e.g.liver, kidney, heart, blood diseases, and infections requiring the notification) 6.Individual received gastrectomy, enterectomy, and gastro-intestinal diseases, judged to be inappropriate for this study. 7.Pregnant, women having the possibility, and lactating women. 8.Participants in order clinical trial. 9.Individual rejected participating in this study by chief investigator.
