Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who require intensive care for 3 days or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: hemodynamically unstable, FiO2 0.8 or more, unstable spine, bed-rest order

The primary outcome is to investigate the family member's negative affects evaluated by the positive and negative affect schedule.
