Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Female residents living in community with lower urinary tract symptoms 2)Able to answer and fill in the self-administered survey form by themselves 3)Being independent in basic activities of daily living

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female residents living in community with acute urinary tract infections
