A two-day stay in the forests of Aki Ota Town with overnight accommodations
the first day is free time in the forests and simulated work
the second day includes yoga, stretching, hammock experience, etc., followed by remote work.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult workers employed by companies in Hiroshima Prefecture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with serious food allergies, hay fever, or a history of psychiatric hospital visits after April 1, 2022.
