Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 65 or older, who have ruled out organic disease in the large intestine by colonoscopy, and who have consented to the deposit of specimens in the biobank

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient who can't obtain consent to the research participation, and who a physician in charge judges an inadequacy are excluded
