Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 20 years old who have undergone our physical examination and have no history of cardiovascular disease (myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, cerebral infarction, aortic dissection, aortic aneurysm, lower extremity artery occlusion).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cardiovascular disease Taking medications or supplements containing EPA/ DHA Persons who are deemed by their physician to be inappropriate to participate in the program
