Interventions

Period: 5 meals per week x 4 weeks (total of 20 meals) Quantity: Replace one meal for dinner with food delivery system

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 2) Patients who are outpatients 3) Patients aged 20 to 80 at the time of informed consent 4) Patients who have given written informed consent to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who conflict with any of the following will not be included in this study. 1) Patients with severe renal dysfunction 2) Patients on hemodialysis 3) Patients diagnosed with cancer 4) Patients on protein restriction 5) Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant 6) Lactating women 7) Patients with severe food allergies who are considered to need restrictions on the menu 8) Other patients who are judged to be inappropriate by the Principal Investigator (co-investigator)
