Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 20 and 90 2. Patients with clinically probable PD or higher as the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease Parkinson's disease diagnostic criteria according to 2015 MDS-PD criteria 3. Patients who have given informed consent in writing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have undergone surgery or administration of drugs not approved in Japan for Parkinson disease within 12 months before obtaining informed consent 2.Patients who have previously received drugs that have been published as having disease-modifying effects on Parkinson's disease 3.Patients with extreme ON-OFF motor symptoms 4.Patients with advanced dement 5.Patients with severe aphasia or higher brain dysfunction 6.Patients with significant mental illness 7.Patients who cannot answer the questionnaire 8.Patients with a history of epileptic seizures 9.Patients using a deep brain stimulator 10.Pregnant patients 11.Patients who are judged to be inappropriate for this study by the principal investigator or coinvestigator
