Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suspected pancreatic cancer with metastasis on CT, EUS, AUS, or MRI. Safe to perform endoscopic ultrasound-guided tissue acqusition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Two or more lesions in the pancreas that are suspicious for pancreatic cancer
