Inclusion criteria: Patients with suspicious pancreatic carcinoma in situ and who undergo pancreatic juice cytology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cannot obtain consensus. cannot obtain sufficient pancreatic juice. cannot undergo surgically resection
