Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who have no difficulty in daily life and are not under treatment for cardiovascular, respiratory, or orthopedic diseases Male, Female 18 to 30 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons who have a conflict of interest with the principal investigator Persons who have been diagnosed with a disease for which exercise is contraindicated Persons with metabolic, cranial nerve, or respiratory circulatory diseases for which exercise is prohibited by a physician Those who have an orthopedic disease that interferes with plantar flexion or dorsiflexion of the ankle joint Those who have ruptured Achilles tendon or ankle ligament in the past Those who have difficulty taking measurements
