Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Care managers who participate the "Kita-ku Care Managers' Association" implemented in Kita-ku, Tokyo

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Care managers with no caseload at the time the study was conducted 2. Participants who are deemed inappropriate to participate this study by the principal or study investigators.
