Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Japanese individuals who underwent annual health checkups between April 2019 and March 2020 at the Health Planning Center of Nihon University Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were as follows: unwillingness to provide informed consent for participation; positive history of ASCVD; absence of data on the frequency of fish consumption and WBC subclass; current intake of lipid-modifying, antihypertensive, antidiabetic, or antihyperuricemic drugs.
