Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meets the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for bulimia nervosa. Patients with a BMI of 17.5 or higher. Woman aged between 13 and 65 years old at the time of obtaining informed consent. Using computers, tablets, smartphones, etc, on a daily basis, with access to the internet and the minimum necessary information and communications technology skills Not received cognitive behavioral therapy in the last 2 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have serious mental disorders such as organic brain disorders, psychotic disorders, and drug dependence. Patients who are at imminent risk of suicide. Patients who repeatedly engage in anti-social behavior. Patients who have a serious progressive physical disease. Patients who have difficulty in exposure to feared objects due to severe stress reactions or dissociation symptoms due to acute stress disorder or post-traumatic stress disorder.
