Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed by a physician as having a food allergy 2. 13 to 40 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have difficulty in answering the questionnaire by themselves 2. Patients who have difficulty communicating in Japanese 3. Patients who cannot obtain consent for the research from themselves or their guardians 4. Other patients whom the principal investigator deems inappropriate as research subjects

Analyze responses to the newly created preliminary scale, construct the scale, and evaluate the validity of the scale.	—

(1) Analyze risk factors that decrease QOL based on the results of the newly developed scale. (2) Analyze whether the QOL assessed by the newly developed scale affects the patient's self-esteem.	—
