Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This is a retrospective study to collect and analyze information accumulated from October 2018 to June 2019. The subjects were all patients who underwent bronchoscopy at Toho University Medical Center Omori Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dementia and minors, whose distress level is difficult to assess by questionnaire, will be excluded from the study.

Measure	Time frame
We compared the patient discomfort score obtained by self-assessment with the patient discomfort score predictively evaluated by bronchoscopists using a 5-point rating scale in each sedation group. Any discrepancy was then evaluated.	—
