Inclusion criteria: spinal deformity (Occiput-to-wall distance > 0cm)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Barthel IndexI gait items < 10 Difficulty fitting a trunk solution Those with a history of stroke Progressive disease Walking speed > 1.0 m/sec
