Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Males between 20 and 35 years of age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers who are taking or have a history of a pre-existing medical disease (cardiovascular, liver, endocrine, brain/neurological, psychiatric, etc.) or therapeutic medication that may affect results of the study. 2. Volunteers with abnormal color vision. 3. Volunteers who have engaged in jet lag travel or shift work at least six months prior to the experiment. 4. Volunteers who are dependent on alcohol or have excessive drinking habits. 5. Volunteers who have and excessive smoking habits. 6. Volunteers who have habits of taking drugs or supplements that affect sleep. 7. Other persons determined to be inappropriate by the principal investigator.
