C. difficile-associated diarrhea (CDAD)

Interventions

Subjects will be treated with Recovery-K5 for 10-14 days and changes in C.difficile quantitation and C.difficile bacterial occupancy in feces before and after administration will be evaluated.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 65 years old at the time of consent Patients with tube feeding Patients in hospital Patients receiving antibacterial drugs Patients with a history of antibacterial drugs use (within 3 months) Patients with the consent of the patient or his / her substitute

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diarrhea. Patients with C. difficile-associated diarrhea (CDAD) Patients with CDI on drug therapy (anti-C.difficile treatment) Patients with pseudomembranous enteritis Patients assessed to be unsuitable for inclusion the study
