Inclusion criteria: 1)Age 30 to 69 years 2)a healthy person (Those who have no past history of chronic diseases or malignant tumors and are not under treatment for diseases or injuries.) 3)People who do not take drugs (Antihypertensives, hypnotics, antidepressants, blood, everything.) 4)Nonsmokers (> 5 yr) 5)Japanese

Exclusion criteria: 1)A person who is judged to be ineligible by the research representative.
