Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were hospitalized in a period from April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2019 and received conservative management of cerebral infarction (include those patients who were first hospitalized to emergency department and then transferred to neurology department)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients whose background information is defective 2)Patients who are considered to be ineligible for the study participation by the investigator.
