Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Underwent open cardiac surgery(valve replacement,coronary artery bypass,or both) on a standby basis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who become unable to continue the study due to severe complications or other reasons during the study period Those who don't give consent for the research Those who withdrew their consent to the study and wished to discontinue it
