Inclusion criteria: Nurses who work on two-shift rotating

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Who receives any medical treatments Who regularly uses a sleeping pill Who has difficulty for safely using the nap environmental system, such as epilepsy or claustrophobia
