Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with malignant distal biliary obstruction 2) Patients with unresedtable pancreatic cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients having difficulty in reaching the duodenal papilla 2) Patients without pathological confirmation of malignancy 3) Patients with hilar stricture 4) Patients with surgically altered anatomy 5) Patients without informed consent 6) Inappropriate patients for entry on this study in the judgement of their research investigator or physician
