Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with resectable or borderline resectable pancreatic cancer and distal biliary obstruction 2) Patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy planned

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients having difficulty in reaching the duodenal papilla 2) Patients with hilar stricture 3) Patients with surgically altered anatomy 4) Patients without informed consent 5) Inappropriate patients for entry on this study in the judgement of their research investigator or physician
