Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Nurses and nursing assistants in the ward who provide meals on a daily basis (2) Medical personnel of the Nutrition Support Team; doctors, nutritionists, pharmacists and nurses, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Excludes nurses and nursing assistants in wards who provide few meals or have different meal styles; emergency, ICU, HCU and pediatric wards, etc.
