Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who are going to undergo major open hepatectomy or pancreatoduodenectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients who have uncontrollable infection, diabetes, cerebral infarction, and myocardial infarction.
