Switching from other SGLT2 inhibitors to tofogliflozin, and taking 20 mg of tofogliflozin once a day for 12 weeks

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetic patients who are taking any SGLT2 inhibitors other than tofogliflozin
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Type 2 diabetic patients who have an allergy against SGLT2 inhibitors 2) Type 2 diabetic patients who are pregnant
