Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Infants undergoing thoracotomy for congenital heart disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergies occur withpovidone-iodine gargles or Benzethonium chloride gargles. Doctor or dental doctor decides that oral care intervention is not possible.
