Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ACS patients who underwent post-intervention optical coherence tomography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases of in-stent restenosis, in-stent occlusion, graft disease, only left main trunk artery disease, , RCA ostium disease, without stent implantation, without analyzable OCT images, shock vital, AF, TIMI flow grade<3, or poor angiogram quality for QFR
