Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. written consent form of patient for entry into the registry is available 2. patient over 18 years old 3. patients with spinocerebellar ataxia type 6 (SCA6) or spinocerebellar ataxia type 31 (SCA31) and registered in J-CAT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dementia 2. Determined by investigators to be ineligible to participate in this study
